This property experienced a gas leak that resulted in an explosion. Luckily, the mother and daughter were not present in the house at the time of the explosion. The house was a total loss. We worked closely with the women and their insurance carrier to restore their home with great new amenities. The eclectic and very earth conscious pair now reside in a home exuding aluminum ceilings and colorful elements, all fully fueled by solar power.
