Denver Active Children's Foundation
Jim Black Construction values its association with Denver Active 20-30 (DA20-30). DA20-30 is a nonprofit comprising more than 100 young men who volunteer a substantial amount of time to raise money on behalf of disadvantaged, at-risk youth in our local community. At the end of the year, DA20-30 members performed an extensive grant application and review process that allows them to strategically distribute money raised back into the community. Jim Black Construction is proud to be a corporate sponsor and to attend events organized by such a worthy charity.
Triangle Cross Ranch
Jim Black Construction employees and vendors have donated time and materials to Triangle Cross Ranch. Triangle Cross Ranch provides assisted living for adults with cognitive challenges and learning disabilities in Galeton, Colorado. Our expertise allowed us to restore a ranch home in need of many repairs to ensure its residents could safely reside within the property.
Local Fire Departments
Jim Black Construction is actively involved in supporting local fire departments. Whether lending a hand at community open houses, passing out candy during trick-or-treat, gathering gifts for holiday drives, or attending pancake breakfasts or chili cook-offs, we are continually honored to participate in many annual events hosted by most Metro-Denver fire departments.
